Lidia graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Management and Marketing in 2024. She joined the IMA team as a Client Service Associate in 2025.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends. Lidia also loves dog fostering and walking through the Eau Claire Community Humane Association.
