Sofia is a current senior at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is obtaining a degree in Business Administration. Sofia joined IMA in 2023 as a Client Service Associate and has over five years of experience in customer service.
You can expect to see Sofia primarily in the front, as she will provide direction and assistance throughout your entire time at IMA.
Sofia grew up in the city of Menomonie, where she volunteered for the local church’s worship team and taught Spanish summer school lessons at her high school.
